We are the only Kegel Weights with a Calendar / Tracking APP where you can record & plan your trainings and STAY MOTIVATED.
It is SUPER EASY to use, and doesn’t require Bluetooth Connection.
- Start with the Introduction to learn how to insert the weights, choose the correct starting weight and other useful information.
- Go to Training, choose the weight that you are going to use, then select Timer or Stopwatch to change the exercise length. Once you finish, you can also add useful notes to your training summary. It’s that SIMPLE!
- In My calendar, you can easily find all of your training information. You can also edit previous training sessions or add new ones.
