When we receive your order, we inmediatly activate a series of mechanisms that have as a purpose a single objective: to dispatch your purchase in the shortest period of time possible. Please keep in mind the following factors that may influence the process of delivery of your order.
Shipping information: When you make your purchase, take special care on the delivery address, in case there is a mistake or the address is not properly detailed, the carrier will have more troubles to make the delivery.
Non-operative days: Take note that sometimes the dispatch of your order may be affected by weekends, holidays or any other non-working days.
Incidents beyond Joy ON control: The operations and delivery logistics are managed by external transport companies. Should you have any incidents related to delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately.
Joy ON offers two different shipment services:
Standard Shipment: Our standard shipment is free of charge for orders over $50USD. Free shipping usually takes 14-24 days on average to USA, Europe, Australia, and Asia (Singapore, Philippines, Korea) etc. Some countries like Russia or India may take up to 40-50 days depending on how remote the area is. Please contact us before placing your order if your order is time-sensitive.
Express Shipment: Joy ON offers Express Shipping with DHL at a price of $25. You can view shipping options during checkout. The express shipping usually takes 3-7 days. However, please note that the Express Shipping to certain remote areas is more expensive. In such cases, we will contact the customer and ask to pay the additional fee which normally ranges from 5 to 15$.
After your order is completed and the package is sent, which usually takes 1-3 days from the date of purchase, you will receive an email with the details, as well as a tracking number.
If the estimated delivery time has passed and you didn’t receive the package, please check your tracking number first to see if it has already arrived in your country. In some cases, the package might have been stopped at the border by the custom officials. In such a case, the shipping company should normally contact either us or the customer.
