Joy ON products are exclusively sold to people over 18 years old. They can be purchased from our online store, Amazon or through our authorized distributors. In these cases the products are backed by our warranty terms.

Keeping the confidentiality of your purchases is a top priority for us. Our shipments are made through packages that prevent the product of being seen. More over, the label of the package doesn’t make any reference to our brand or the item that is contained (the sender shown on the label is Cusoon Magnets Ltd.).
During the purchase process, yo will also be able to indicate that you want to receive the shipment to a different address than the billing address.
If you make your purchases from our online store using a credit/debit card, in the bank statement the charge will be shown in the name of PayPal.

We offer you several ways to receive your Joy ON products. In all cases, we guarantee our maximum effort and attention to reach your highest satisfaction in the experience of buying Joy ON.
Joy ON offers worldwide free shipment for orders over $50. Free shipping usually takes 14-24 days on average to USA, Europe, Australia, and Asia (Singapore, Philippines, Korea) etc.
Some countries like Russia or India may take up to 40-50 days depending on how remote the area is. Please contact us before placing your order if your order is time-sensitive.
Joy ON also offers Express Shipping with DHL at a price of $25. You can view shipping options during checkout. The express shipping usually takes 3-7 days. However, please note that the Express Shipping to certain remote areas is more expensive. In such cases, we will contact the customer and ask to pay the additional fee which normally ranges from 5 to 15$.
All Joy ON products are shipped using our original packaging with a safety shrink wrapping that prevents any incorrect handling during the packaging or shipment process.
We want to deserve your trust. Although our manufacturing process conforms to processes and quality controls of the highest demand, Joy ON has a warranty policy totally oriented to maintain and consolidate the prestige of our brand.
Although manufacturing defects in our products are extremely isolated cases, it is essential for us to continue to rely on your trust. Therefore, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately and we will attend your case in a personalized and with maximum speed.
Joy ON offers the possibility to return or exchange the products purchased on our online store. Before sending any item for return, we strongly recommend to contact our after sales department.
You can return the product or change it for another, without need of any justification, within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the article. Since Joy ON products are not transferable (because they are elements of intimate use), we can only accept returns of products in the same conditions in which they have been received, that is, in their original packing and without being withdrawn from its safety shrink wrap.
To carry out the return procedure, you must send the product(s) to us through a transport agency of your choice (the customer assumes the shipping cost). Once we receive the product(s), our After Sales department will check the status of the item(s) and proceed to make the return of the purchase amount or make the change for another product, as you have indicated.
In case of refund of the amount, it will be made by the same channel that the original purchase was done. The amount to be returned will be the price of the item on the purchase date, excluding the initial shipping fees. If you wish, we can also send you a voucher with the same value so you can make a purchase of other Joy ON products on our online store for a period of one year. In case of a product exchange, the customer assumes the cost of the new shipment.
To make a return, notify the after sales service department through the contact form or send an email to email@example.com. Please, take note that in order to speed up the process you have to include your full name, email, order number or invoice identifies. Also, you will need to include the product(s) that you want to return and the reason of the return.
